On macOS systems, the empower® Logs can be collected manually. The log files can help in troubleshooting scenarios. You can either navigate to the logs via the empower® Sync user interface or manually navigate to the paths. In the empower® Sync user interface, choose the option (Figure 1, “Option in Sync User Interface”). You will automatically be redirected to the log files. |

To access the logs manually, navigate to the following paths to collect the different log files: |

Hold down the key while selecting all files under the specified paths. Then, right-click on your selection. A context menu opens. Here, choose the option . |

The created .zip file can now be sent to empower® Support with a subject using the following format: [Customer Name] – [Topic of the Issue] – [empower Version] |
