New features
	Due to the current development focus on other products in the empower suite, this release of empower mails for Windows only includes improvements and fixes.

Bugs & Improvements
	By optimizing data accesses, the response time and processing time for various actions (creating a signature, managing profiles, etc.) in empower environments with a very large number of profiles has been significantly improved.
