New features
	The location selection can be locked so that only the location that has been preset for the user can be selected when creating signatures.
	Individual fields of the user profiles can be write-protected so that users cannot change predefined values.

Bugs & Improvements
	Subsequently added fields in profiles or locations can now be filled with default values. Signature templates are now displayed in the same order during signature creation as in template management.
