	A workbook template can be set as the default template for new workbooks for all users.

Bugs & Improvements
	When applying chart templates to existing charts, some chart types are now better supported. The Quick Access Pane (QUAP) integration has been optimized in Office 2013, fixing a number of minor usability issues.
