If you have problems with the activation of empower please follow the instructions below:
An activation is only switched when a user has actually installed empower.
Our activation server is accessible at the address http://madeinoffice.com/WebService/MioSupport.asmx (IP 188.8.131.52) via port 80. This address must be reachable from the client.
ATTENTION: However, the connection would have to be allowed through a proxy (and firewall if necessary) first. If this is not possible, we can provide you with an offline license, which would have to be distributed to all affected computers where Internet activation is not guaranteed.
