empower client version

There are two ways to get the current empower backend/client version.

1.  Press start and open the explorer. Copy this path and paste it into your explorer.
   "%localappdata%\Made in Office\empower\Logs"
   Navigate to slides > Addins.
   
   Right click on the log file with the most recent date.
   
   
   
   Open the log file with the editor.
   
   
   In the first line you can find your empower client version
   
   
2.  Open PowePoint und choose Help in the empower ribbon.

Select about empower and you will receive a window with all the information about the client version. 

empower Backend Version

1.  Press start and open the explorer. Copy this path and paste it into your explorer.

   Navigate to Sync.
   Right click on the log file with the most recent date.
   
   
   Open the log file with the editor.
   In the first line you can find your empower backend version
   
   
2. Open PowerPoint. Right click on the empower Sync icon in the taskbar.
   Click the cogwheel and take the information about the empower backend out.
