How do I delete my empowerSync token from the credential manager?

You can have empower sync manually reset by the affected user as follows
  1. Close all Power-Point applications
  2. Terminate the empower sync 
  3. Delete all contents in the following directory: %localappdata%/Made in Office
  4. Open the credential manager
  5. Switch to the Windows credential information
  6. Delete all entries that are similar to: mio.empower.DataClient.Sync...
  7. Start PowerPoint and authenticate to the empower.sync
If the wrong representation remains, please send us the log files.
