Should the problem persist, please check the following details:
- In case there was a demo version installed previously, please check the registry and confirm, that the edition key is correct.
Make sure you have the comp.sdf File. This file could be found at %appdata%\Made in Office\empower
If there is no such file, please contact a colleague using empower® too and ask him for this file. In case further assistance is required, please contact our support by sending LogFiles directly.
You can find Logfiles from empower® under %appdata%\Made in Office\empower\logs.
