In troubleshooting scenarios, your macOS and PowerPoint versions can help empower® Support to identify the origin of issues. Therefore, provide the macOS version and the PowerPoint version whenever you reach out to empower® Support. |

To view your current macOS version, click on the symbol in the upper left corner of your screen (Figure 1, “Option ” ). A context menu opens. In this context menu, choose the option (Figure 1, “Option ” ). A dialog box opens. |

In this dialog box, you can see your current macOS version as well as other technical specifications (Figure 2, “macOS Version Information”). If you contact empower® Support, include this information in your request. |

To view your current PowerPoint version, open PowerPoint. Then, click on the tab PowerPoint in the task bar (Figure 3, “Option ” ). A context menu opens. In this context menu, choose the option (Figure 3, “Option ” ). A dialog box opens. |

In this dialog box, you can see your current PowerPoint version as well as license information (Figure 4, “PowerPoint Version Information”). If you contact empower® Support, include this information in your request. |
