empower® Support may need a guest user to gain access to your empower® Environment. If a user has a problem with the software, empower® Support can recreate the issue directly in your environment and find out where the error has its origin. In addition, the guest user may be required during your onboarding process, as your Onboarding Specialist or Professional Services Specialist can work in your environment to create the most suitable customizing for you. |

Users can either be invited as external users or members, depending on the policies of your organization. Alternatively, an internal guest user can be created for the respective purpose. |

With the guest user, empower® Support has access to your empower® Environment with the rights and permissions that you assign to the user. The guest user can only do the things they were authorized to do. The guest user is only used to access your empower® Environment. The guest user is not used to read users or groups from Microsoft Entra ID. |
