If there is a broken element in your empower® Library, you can provide the empower® Support with a data export for this element. |

|
To do so, you can export the metadata and binary data for the element as a .zip folder. |
Important
At the moment, the export is only available for elements that have been saved to the empower® Backend.
Therefore, elements originating from integrations such as SharePoint, Icons8 or Unsplash are excluded.

To export the data for a broken element, follow the following steps: |

The .zip folder contains all metadata and binary data for the element. |
Note
In theory, all users can export the .zip file.
However, the option only becomes visible if you press the key while opening the context menu.
Note
Depending on the file size, the export might take a moment.
