In troubleshooting scenarios, your Windows and Office versions can help empower® Support to identify the origin of issues. Therefore, provide the Windows version and the Office version whenever you reach out to empower® Support. |

To view your current Windows version, follow the following steps: |

Under Device Specifications, you can view if you are using a 32-bit or a 64-bit version (Figure 2, “Device Specifications”). |
|
|
Under Windows Specifications, you can view your current Windows edition and version (Figure 3, “Windows Specifications”). |

If you contact empower® Support, include this information in your request. |

In this dialog box, you can view more specific information about your Office version (Figure 5, “PowerPoint Version Information”). Here, you can also see if you are using a 32-bit or 64-bit version. If you contact empower® Support, include this information in your request. |
