empower® Signatures in Outlook

For empower^® Signatures to be generated automatically in Outlook, there are a few requirements that must be fulfilled.
As an administrator, make sure the following requirements are met:
The current user must have at least one existing profile. Alternatively, another user's profile may be referenced for the current user. After successful installation, empower^® starts creating a profile for the current user when the user first opens Outlook. To do so, empower^® needs a connection to the directory service. If there is no connection, the user needs to create the profile manually. There must be at least one company with one location. The current user must have permissions for this company. There must be at least one signature template assigned to this company. The signature template must contain content placeholders for the profile values. A default language must be set.
