Tags are added to elements in advance. Therefore, you cannot add, delete or edit the tags for an element.

They are displayed alongside all other metadata on the bottom of the library window (Figure 1, “Metadata Info Tags”).

Tags can help to find content more easily when executing a search in the empower^® Library.
