empower® Ribbon is not Displayed on macOS Devices

If the empower® Ribbon is not displayed, this issue may originate from the empower® Add-in being disabled in PowerPoint.

To check if the add-in are enabled, follow the following steps:

  1. Open PowerPoint.

  2. In the task bar, open the tab Tools (Figure 1, “Option PowerPoint Add-ins” (1)).

    A context menu opens.

  3. Choose the option PowerPoint Add-ins (Figure 1, “Option PowerPoint Add-ins” (2)).

  1. Make sure the checkbox for empower-slides is checked (Figure 2, “Dialog Box for PowerPoint Add-Ins” (1)).

  2. Click on the button OK (Figure 2, “Dialog Box for PowerPoint Add-Ins” (2)).

  3. Restart PowerPoint.

    The empower® Ribbon should now be available.

If the issue persists, reinstall the add-in.
