Mails (Online)

This release is focused on the first version of empower Mails (Online):

empower Mails (Online), currently available in Microsoft Outlook on macOS and in Outlook on the Web (formerly: Outlook Web App, Outlook Online), automatically generates personalized email signatures based on a centrally managed template (including campaign content), company and location data and personal contact information from the user profile and adds them to your emails.

Email signatures generated by empower Mails (Online) are automatically updated whenever the template or information used to fill it in changes, ensuring that they always match the corporate design and contain up-to-date information.

empower Mails (Online) allows to access email signatures easily and conveniently on mobile devices and transfer them to any email app, so that a signature complying with the corporate design is also available for emails sent from mobile devices.

Users can edit their contact information in the user profile through a web interface if necessary.

Additional signatures created with empower Mails under Windows are also available in empower Mails (Online).

• We fixed an issue that caused high backend load and sync interruptions during the initial synchronization process for profile, company and location data.
• We fixed an issue that sporadically caused the library window to be too tall to fit on the screen.

• We fixed an issue that could cause the sync process to fail if the internal clock of the client system was offset significantly into the future.
• We significantly improved the performance of the synchronization process, especially for large numbers of folders and elements.
• We fixed an issue that could cause the SharePoint indexing process to fail when encountering files without an extension.
• We fixed an issue that could cause unchanged fields not to be returned when retrieving a large number of modified profiles.
