In order to replace the “empower-support@madeinoffice.com” email address by an internal e-mail support address(for the button “Report a bug” within the empower help section), you need access to the SQL database. If you have access, please proceed as following.
- Open your empower database via SQL Management Studio
- Edit the table “tbl_SettingsPlain”
- Scroll down to the row “ReportABugEmailAddress” and replace the respective value "empower-support@madeinoffice.com" by your internal e-mail support address.
Once you deselected the row, the change is effective.
