How to change the e-mail adress for the functionality "report a bug"?

In order to replace the “” email address by an internal e-mail support address(for the button “Report a bug” within the empower help section), you need access to the SQL database. If you have access, please proceed as following.


  1. Open your empower database via SQL Management Studio
  2. Edit the table “tbl_SettingsPlain”
  3. Scroll down to the row “ReportABugEmailAddress” and replace the respective value "" by your internal e-mail support address.

Once you deselected the row, the change is effective.
