Sometimes, a logout is required to resolve synchronization issues. In some cases, the empower® Sync logs in the same user again after logging out because the login token for the empower® Sync has been stored in the background. If this is the case for you, you can delete the token from the Windows Credential Manager and then start a fresh login. |
