Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the path:
   
   %ProgramData%
   and delete the "empower" folder
   
   

2. Navigate to the path:

   %ProgramFiles(x86)%
   and delete the empower folder
   
   
   

3. Press the   - key and type "regedit"
   
   
   
   
4. Navigate to the following path in the top bar
   
   Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\empower
   
   
5. First create a backup by right-clicking on "empower" and then selecting "Export". Choose a location to save the backup.
   
   
   
   
6. Now right-click on "empower" again and then select "Delete".
   
   
   
   
7. Press the  key on the keyboard and search for CMD
   
   
   
   
8. Type "SC DELETE empowerServiceHost_empower" and confirm it with Enter
   
   
   
   
9. Type "SC DELETE empowerDirectorySync_empower" and confirm it with Enter
