Add new users to Microsoft Entra ID [Azure]
Step-by-step guide
- Sign in to the Azure portal as an Entra ID admin.
- Inside your Azure portal navigate to Microsoft Entra ID
- On the side bar navigate to Manage and select Users
- a) If you want to create a new user, click 'Create new user'
b) If you want to create a new guest user, click 'Invite external user'
- a) Add the new user's information and click on Review + create, and then Create

b) Add the new guest user's information and click on Review + invite, and then Invite

- After clicking on Create/Invite the user account or guest account will be created.
Remove users from Microsoft Entra ID
- Sign in to the Azure portal as an Entra ID admin.
- Navigate to Entra ID
- Navigate to Manage and select Users
- Select the user/guest you want to delete and click on Delete. Then confirm it with OK.
