In some cases, our support colleagues need a guest user in your Entra ID.
Why do you need an Entra ID guest user?
We need a guest user to gain access to the customer empower environment. If the user has a problem with the software, we can recreate the issue on the customer environment and find out where the error has its origin.
What rights does the guest user have?
With the guest user we get access to your empower environment with the rights the customer company assigns.
What can the guest user not do?
The guest user can only do the things he was authorized to do.
What do we not do with the guest user?
The guest user is only used to access your empower environment. The guest user is not used to read users or groups from Entra ID.
