empower Logs on macOS Systems

You can find the logs from empower on a Mac with the following steps:

Go to your Finder and press "cmd-shift-G" or select "Go to" and choose "Go to folder". Copy and paste the following paths:

Install-Log: /var/log/install.log
Sync-Log: ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/empower/Logs/Sync
If available install_empower_pre.log --> to find under /var/log/
If available install_empower_post.log --> to find under /var/log/
Addin-Log: /Users/<USER>/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/empower/Logs/Addin or ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/empower/Logs/Addin
Sync-Log: /Users/<USER>/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/empower/Logs/Sync or ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/empower/Logs/Sync
Swift Add-In-Log: /Users/<USER>/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/empower/Logs/Addin
.Net-Add-In-Log: /Users/<USER>/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Powerpoint/Data/Logs/Sync
SearchAPI: %programdata%/…./SearchAPI
WebLibrary: <INSTALLLOCATION>/WebSync
