This is what the following colors/statuses mean in our ticket system:
New/Yellow: If the status is "New" and the color is yellow, your ticket is new and needs to be initially recorded by us.
Open/Red: If the status is "Open" and the color is red, we are in the process of resolving the ticket.
Waiting/Blue: If the status is "Waiting" and the color is blue, we are waiting for your feedback.
Paused/Black: If the status is "Paused" and the color is black, we are waiting for third party feedback.
Resolved/Light Gray: If the status is "Resolved" and the color is light gray, we have sent you a proposed solution.
