What is the meaning of the different statuses of my support requests in your customer portal?

This is what the following colors/statuses mean in our ticket system:

Status

Description

Ticket Status Open.png
If the status is Open and the color is red, we are in the process of resolving the ticket.
Ticket Status Awaiting your reply.png
If the status is Awaiting your reply and the color is green, we are waiting for your feedback or additional information.
Ticket Status Solved.png
If the status is Solved and the color is light gray, we have sent you a proposed solution.
