This is what the following colors/statuses mean in our ticket system:
Status | Description |
---|---|
If the status is Open and the color is red, we are in the process of resolving the ticket. | |
If the status is Awaiting your reply and the color is green, we are waiting for your feedback or additional information. | |
If the status is Solved and the color is light gray, we have sent you a proposed solution. |
