In case you (or your IT Team) have performed an update to Windows 11 recently, please reinstall empower® Charts via your IT-Department.

Incompatibility with other PowerPoint or Excel add-ins

In some cases we do experience an incompatibility with other add-ins in Microsoft's PowerPoint or Excel. To better narrow down which add-in may cause this disruption, please deactivate all other add-ins except for the empower ones and reactivate the others consecutively. If you are able to identify which other add-in is causing issues, feel free to provide us with more detailed information via support@empowersuite.com.

Using attached registry keys (applies for legacy versions)

Attention: This is valid for all empower charts versions in the 8.0 version up to 8.4

Please to add the attached Registry Keys to your system, they would increase a certain tolerance.

The problem still exists?

If the problem still exists, feel free to reach out to our support team via support@empowersuite.com and please provide a detailed problem description, the steps/ measures that were taken, as well as the empower Logs.
