How can I place values next to a bar/a bubble/a pie chart element?

If you want to change the position of data labels, you can do so by drag and drop them. If you hold the Ctrl key at the same time, you can place the element completely freely to the desired position.

To move the text elements only horizontally and vertically, please hold the Shift key while positioning the element as desired.
